Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection for all items purchased if the following conditions are met:
- Your name and order number must be presented within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection, and
- Products that are defective upon receiving (due to manufacturing and/or shipping process)
- Products that are wrongly sent (completely different from what you have ordered),
- Item is in the original packaging/unopened
Do note that we do not allow “change of mind” returns
For an immediate exchange, please contact us via Whatsapp at 8893 5753 and we will arrange for the item(s) to be exchanged at our Suntec store as soon as possible.

- Valid for one-time exchange only.
- Customers have to bear the cost of shipping products back to our headquarters
Returns
We are happy to offer returns within 7 days for any defective items that you have purchased, if the following conditions are met:
Do send us the following to admin@paper-clip.com.sg in order for us to facilitate your return request as our team must first receive and access this:
- Photo of the defect(s) within 24 hours from receipt of delivery/collection, and
- Item purchased has a manufacturing defect or damage caused by delivery.
Terms & Conditions
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- The refund will be credited to you via the same payment mode which you made payment.

- Intimate Items (Shoes, Socks, Underwear, Etc)
