Terms & Conditions
- Most orders ship within 2 working days of purchase.
- Orders placed after 4pm during the weekday, weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to accommodate requests for change of items or cancellation. Please note that any changes to your order will be attended to at our best efforts.
- In the event that items run out of stock, or our couriers meet with unexpected delays. In such circumstances, we will update you at the soonest time possible.
- Spectrum Store reserves the right to amend the promotion at any time.
Your order should reach you within 1- 3 working days (for local shipping), and 21 working days (for overseas shipping) if all the items in your order are in stock.
We usually wait for every item in your order before shipping the parcel out, although we may occasionally ship the parcel in separate shipments.
Delivery is done during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt. We suggest that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept it.

Same Day Express Delivery is valid on Mondays to Thursday before 4pm.
Next Day Delivery is valid on Mondays to Thursdays before 4pm.
All deliveries are subject to delivery slots.
SELF-COLLECTION (WITHIN SINGAPORE ONLY)
If you are in Singapore, you can pick up your order free-of-charge.

Opening Hours:11am to 9pm daily
Once your order is processed, it will take 2-3 working days to be delivered to our selected store and we will notify you that it is ready for self-collection.
All uncollected orders will be sent back to our warehouse and charges for re-delivery will apply.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING CHARGES
Due to some limitations, we may not be able to ship certain items such as food and bulky items.

Spectrum Store reserves the right to cancel any item that does not qualify for flat rate overseas shipping.
Do note that import tax might be incurred when the parcel reaches your local customs. Payment of import tax is to be made by the customer to their local customs. We do not bear any taxation in the country of destination.
