As someone who struggled with anxiety previously and sought therapy for it, I found there were a few things I kept close to me or incorporated into my daily life that helped me find my voice while also managing my anxiety. Picking up or initiating phone calls wasn’t as daunting. Starting a conversation or walking up to someone was easier. Socialising became easier. Stepping into my own power became easier. Saying what I want and getting it became easier. I became more open to myself. Today I’ve combined this items into what I would call a Siren’s Voice Pendant. It’s a bit like the Crystal Sigil, but with herbs.
It’s programmed to bring out your confidence, your voice, and to aid you in soothing yourself and those around you so that you’re more grounded. Your energy flows smoothly. Your views of yourself improve. This is how I came around to naming it the Siren Voice - the way sirens are said to enchant others with their voice and lure them in, this enchants your voice, not so you can lure others in but so you can step into your higher self which then attracts better in all forms.
This pendant can be carried on its own or attached to a necklace/keychain - whichever you see fit. It incorporates my personal favourite - the Blue Kyanite - and an assortment of herbs like roses and chamomile, with of course, a touch of magick.

I think it’s a great item. I was having a headache on what to buy for my female colleague’s christmas present for secret santa.
