Each growing kit features a cute ceramic sea creature design pot plant, available in four cute sea creatures: Shark, Turtle, Whale and Octopus. With 100% natural, untreated ryegrass seeds, you can watch your sea creature's "hair" sprout in just 7 days. Once grown, the grass can be trimmed and styled, offering a fun and interactive experience.
The kit includes a soil pellet and instructions in English and Chinese, making it easy to grow.

How to grow

Take out the soil pellet and place it in another container. Add 1 cup of lukewarm water.

Let it soak for 5 to 10 minutes.

Use a fork to loosen the soil.

Fill 3/4 of the container with the expanded soil.

Evenly scatter the seeds onto the soil surface. If using a larger container, scatter all the seeds within one area, with a spacing of about 5 cm between seed groups.

Lightly cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil.

Water the soil.

If the soil surface becomes uneven (such as sandy or loose), gently press it down after covering with soil to level it before watering.
Tips

To improve drainage, you can place some small stones at the bottom of the container.

Water the soil with a spray bottle to avoid overwatering. If using a watering can, pour slowly to avoid flooding the soil.

Ryegrass thrives in direct sunlight and will grow best under full sun exposure.

The optimal temperature for growth is between 15°C and 25°C.

After 7 days of growth, once it reaches a stable height, you can trim and style the grass.

After 4 weeks, the grass may thin out. You can re-sow more seeds or transplant the entire seedling to a larger pot or outdoor space.
- If the weather is cold/lacking sunlight, it's recommended to first plant indoors and only move outdoors after sprouting.
